It's my first time here in Rio. What can I do to enjoy everyday here?

## What To Do when it's your first time in Rio As a person who really enjoys going out every single weekend, I feel it's my duty to make a guide of what to do when you come here. First thing that I would do is search for a good lunch, and here we have a lot of restaurants to try. I highly recommend **Toca do Baiacu**, which is on *Rua do Ouvidor 41*, they have wonderful rice and beans accompanied by potatoes and incredible chicken but if you want something more **traditional in this style**, there is **Nova Acapela**, *Av. Mem de Sá, 96*. If you choose **Nova Acapela**, you can stay for the evening and enjoy some caipirinhas at **Lapa**, which is nearby. For people who like nature, Rio has a lot of nature in the city. If you look for it, you discover a place that's called **Tijuca Forest**, has a lot of trails, waterfalls with wonderful waters and a view of a part of the city, which is sensational. You can also choose the beaches, of course, the famous **Copacabana beach**, or **Ipanema beach** with the view of *Morro dos Dois Irmãos*. At night, *Arnaldo Quintela Street* was voted the 8th coolest street in the world by *[Time Out Magazine](https://www.timeout.com/things-to-do/coolest-streets-in-the-world)*. There are several bars and a caipirinha that, besides being cheap, is one of the best I've ever had. And for cultural ones, CCBB, MAM and Museu do Amanha are located in the center of Rio, which has literally everything, good food, good thrift stores and a great and extensive history. Rio is one of the best cities in the world. It has literally everything, from the chaos we love in a city to the calm that nature can provide when we need it. Its culture and beauty continue to enchant its residents and tourists; *"[O Rio de Janeiro continua lindo…](https://www.deezer.com/us/track/2834052362)"*
